Learn more about our practice.
Do you have questions about coming to our practice? Take a look below at some information that we have put together for you. If you still have questions after reading this, or you would like to schedule an appointment, please call Dr. DiBenedettos office today at 732-988-7272.
Our goal is to help you look and feel your best through excellent dental care. We are serious about providing superior dental care and we are proud of our dedication to our patients. We aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible while in our office. We look forward to seeing you on a regular basis.
Emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If the emergency arises while the office is open, please call as early in the day as possible. We reserve special times for those patients with emergency needs, and you will be seen as quickly as possible. If an emergency should occur while the office is closed, call the office phone number and follow the detailed instructions you are given. You may page the doctor for after hour emergencies.
If you have a dental problem, you can call us for help. However it would be unfair to other patients if the doctor were to disrupt treatment to answer every phone call. Our staff is trained to answer most questions. In certain cases that you require speaking to a doctor directly, please leave a message and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
We see all patients by appointment. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call us immediately, as we require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
As we believe in the benefits of regular preventive care, we encourage all our patients to return for periodic check-ups and cleanings. At the time of your recall visit, please advise the hygienist of any change in your: (1) health and medications being taken; (2) address or phone numbers; (3) marital status; (4) employment and insurance coverage.
Fees & Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. If your treatment program requires several visits, you may be given a treatment estimate and asked to make a financial arrangement with the office manager.
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment, deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you to your first visit. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
